Together with other representatives from business, science and society, Prof. Dr. Dr. Ann-Kristin Achleitner was appointed to the Federal Government's Future Council ("Zukunftsrat"). The Future Council was established by Chancellor Olaf Scholz in July 2022 to develop proposals for strengthening the research and innovation system. Its goal is to leverage the potential of Germany's research and corporate sector and to help the country master the transformation tasks ahead.
