Research Projects
Philipp Beck’s research focuses on algorithmic management and technology adoption in workplace settings. In particular, he investigates how AI-driven systems influence managerial control, employee behavior / sentiments, and organizational performance. Drawing on his interdisciplinary background in management and psychology, as well as practical experience across industry, he combines quantitative data analysis with experimental and field-based approaches.
