Content:
This seminar provides a conceptual approach to:
- The fundamentals of creativity and innovation: How does something new emerge? The role of perception, boundaries, and uncertainty in the creative process
- Creativity from an interdisciplinary perspective: Insights from business, psychology, philosophy, cultural studies, and neuroscience
- Creativity as a driver of innovation and economic development: Framework conditions, creative industries, significance for businesses and technology
- Methods for analyzing and fostering creativity: Innovation management, decision-making under uncertainty, future research
By the end of the seminar, students will be able to understand creativity from various perspectives, analyze its importance for innovation, and reflect on their own creative processes.
