Do you want to know what career prospects are available after you graduate? The Siemens Mentoring Program provides practical answers! As a mentee, you experience the culture of a global corporation first-hand and are supported and encouraged in your personal career planning. Students from Munich universities with an IT or technology focus receive free guidance and advice from experienced Siemens executives for at least one year. The focus is on individual development - as a future professional and as a person. In addition to bilateral mentoring, a Student Challenge and Lab Visits offer deeper insights. Optional internships and student trainee positions follow the mentoring program. The program is aimed at Bachelor's and Master's students at Munich universities with an IT and technology-oriented focus of study.
