WRDS offers an introductory training session for all new users.
The training session will be conducted as one-hour webinar and will take place on April 30, 2020, at 2 pm.
The training session will cover the following topics:
- What is WRDS and how to create an account
- What kind of data is accessible through WRDS. Overview of all the data subscriptions.
- Finding data - How to search by vendor and by concept
- Finding variables
- Using the web query to download data
- Learn about all the Support material available
- Explore some great analytics tools to facilitate research activities.
