Dr. Benjamin Leyendecker is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of the Munich office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. He advises clients on M&A and private equity transactions and has extensive experience with taking private transactions for financial investors and strategists as well as corporate restructurings.
