New CEFS research paper “Size, Returns, and Value Added: Do Private Equity Firms Allocate Capital According To Manager Skill?”


We are delighted to share that a recent CEFS research paper titled “Size, Returns, and Value Added: Do Private Equity Firms Allocate Capital According To Manager Skill?” authored by Prof. Dr. Reiner Braun (CEFS) and Dr. Nils Dorau (CEFS) along with Prof. Dr. Tim Jenkinson (University of Oxford) and Prof. Dr. Daniel Urban (Erasmus University Rotterdam & CEFS) will be presented at these world-leading conferences:

In their study, the authors explore the internal (human) capital market of PE organizations and show that they have an important role to play in managing the interplay of skill and scalability to maintain relative returns and value added.
