Vita:

Dr. Huili Wang is Tax Partner at PwC Germany. She is a member of the PwC Germany Tax & Legal Leadership Team and the head of the Tax & Legal practice at PwC Munich office.

She holds diploma, master and doctoral degrees in Economics at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, and used to work there as lecturer in German and international tax laws.

Dr. Huili Wang is a German Certified Tax Advisor. She joined PwC in 2008 and is a partner since 2013. She is specialized in advising multinational companies in German and international tax affairs. She has extensive experiences in tax advisory of cross border transactions, group restructuring, financing strategy, tax planning, tax ruling and tax audit.
