Investigation of the suitability of agile methods for application in an insurance group
The aim of the project study is to analyze the agile transformation, further methods in the context of a competitor analysis and to apply this analysis empirically as well as theoretically with respect to evaluate their feasibility.
For this purpose, a reference framework - in particular to other areas of the financial services industry - should be established, which will identify the specific advantages/disadvantages of the identified methods as well as the the respective challenges during implementation.
