Join the Customer Experinece team at Knauf Digital as a working student and create a seamless costumer interaction with their digital ecosystem.
Together with the team, you will analyze costumer behavior and data for Knauf ´s end-to-end digital service and product offering. An important task will be research activities, e.g. elaborating customer research concepts, operate and/or conduct qualitative and quantitative research as well as analyze research data.
With a hands-on attitude and the interest to learn more about costumer research you can gain exciting experience in this important area.
