ACP is looking for a working student (m/f/d) to strengthen their Investment Controlling & Risk Management department in Munich to work on a basis of 20 hours per week, ideally as of November 2019, possible for a minimum of three months.
Key Responsibilities
• Controlling and risk management of infrastructure, renewables and private equity fund investments
• Support in company valuations in close collaboration with the investment teams
• Preparation of risk and model analyses at investment and portfolio level
• Carrying out market and competitor analyses (e.g. using Bloomberg and Capital IQ)
• Support in the onboarding of new investment strategies from a valuation and risk management perspective
• Preparation of presentations for senior management, Allianz committees and external investors
• Further development of investor reporting
• Ad hoc projects in valuation, risk, accounting, planning and IRFS reporting Key
Requirements/Skills/Experience
• Advanced studies in economics, mathematics, insurance business or a comparable degree program
• First class internship experience in the fields of corporate finance or risk management preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Sharp analytical skills and a structured, independent working style
• Very high levels of motivation, communication skills and team spirit
• Very good knowledge of German and English
