Content of the course:
During this course, students will learn the theoretical background to topics such as
- Steering of global digital companies and success factors of value creating business models
- Evaluation of innovation and sustainability management in the media industry
- Development of a scientific paper
Structure of the course:
- Lecture on the theoretical background by Christine Scheffler, CHRO, ProSiebenSat. 1 Media SE
- Excursion to ProSiebenSat. 1 Media SE with lectures and a company tour (subject to change)
- Students are expected to write a seminar paper on a contemporary issue in the media industry
- The seminar paper contains a problem definition, an elaboration on possible solutions to the problem, as well as the derivation of recommendations and an action plan.
- The topics are supervised by TUM staff and ProSiebenSat. 1 Media SE.
- The students present their solution to the CHRO of Christine Scheffler, CHRO, ProSiebenSat. 1 Media SE and get valuable feedback.
