This table shows the ranking of 61 small finance conferences (i.e., ≤ 30 articles/year). The sample period is from 2011 to 2015. The table is sorted in decreasing order of Top publication. Average size is the average number of research articles presented at a conference. Top publication is the share of research articles that have been published or accepted for publication in the Top3 finance journals (Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, or Review of Financial Studies) or Top5 economics journals (American Economic Review, Econometrica, Journal of Political Economy, Quarterly Journal of Economics, or Review of Economic Studies) by December 2021. Top3 is the share of research articles that have been published or accepted for publication in the Top3 finance journals by December 2021. ABSfinance is the share of research articles that have been published or accepted for publication in ABS4/4* finance journals by December 2021. ABS 4/4* is the share of research articles that have been published or accepted for publication in ABS 4/4* journals by December2021. The ABS 4 and 4* categories are based on the 2018 Academic Journal Guide provided by the Chartered Association of Business Schools. Published is the share of research articles that have been published in a journal or accepted for publication by December 2021.
