Project studies
Application Process
To apply for a project, please follow the instructions given in the respective posting. For an open application, please send the following information to Victoria Treßel:
- Curriculum Vitae
- Current Transcript of Records
- A preference list indicating your preferred topics
Students are welcome to submit an application, even when they do not yet have an industry partner. The chair has a wide range of industry contacts and will forward applications when appropriate. That being said, we cannot guarantee a project study placement.

Note: We encourage our students to work on self-selected topics in cooperation with an industry partner. Nevertheless, if you want to write such a project study in cooperation with our chair, we have to give our OK first. Therefore, please send a topic proposal to Victoria Treßel. If you have any questions regarding this proposal, you can contact him beforehand.

Guidelines concerning the project study (application, procedures, formal requirements, etc) can be found here. For the written part: Please use this Declaration of Academic Integrity (you can use the German wording even for a report written in English). Also, Guidelines concerning the report itself (formal requirements, layout, etc) can be found here.
