Research Projects
Katharina´s research explores the impact of AI, algorithms and digital work environments on employee performance and performance evaluation. Using an experimental approach, she examines how elements such as algorithmic decision-making influence subjective performance assessments and team dynamics. Her projects aim to extend insights from traditional HR research into the digital workspace, contributing to a better understanding of how algorithmic tools shape performance, appraisal accuracy, and employee behavior in the context of AI-driven work settings.
